Datinza’s ERP programme
Development of a Virtual Administration service customized to meet every Official Pharmaceutical Association’s (OPA) needs. This platform covers every usual operation carried out by said official bodies.
It is made up of a series of main and common modules that provide for every OPA’s standard procedures:
Management of registered member’s datasheets.
Management of its partner pharmacies.
Management of receipt payments by registered members.
Management of pharmacy settlements.
Official registry of the association’s documents.
Thanks to our development team’s experience, we can adapt and assist our clients on the OPA’s information resource management if needed.
DATINZA-ERP Web Portal
All operations carried out by the OPA through Datinza’s ERP can be looked up online with our Web portal:
Monitored and restricted access.
All operations concerning an OPA member can be accessed by the latter through a personal area assigned to each user. For instance, it’s possible to check the final amount of payed receipts throughout a year or look up a register of documents and download it.
Our clients can request customized services such as additional statistics and charts, so as to improve their usage of our services and thus adapt to their needs.
